We helped negociate and facilitate the deal between Investec Recharge and CSK Biscay to install a battery on a monthly rental. We also project managed and oversaw the installation. We were the laison between all parties involved: Owner, Installer, Tenant and Recharge

This was new build at Metlife Mall which required our company to consult with the Tenants and the Landlord on specifications and requirements. We were also involved in the design. We requseted mutiple sub contractor quoted and assisted the Landlord in forecasting the costs according to the required ROI. We worked with the municipality to install new sewer lines in the mall and assisted in the project management until handover

Solar and battery back up metlife mall
We negotiated the size and costs of the project before presenting it to the landlord. The Jace was the liaison between landlord and Repower. Once the project was accepted, we assisted with the contractors regarding the requirements on site. We still assist with the O&M requirements and costings

This was new build at Metlife Mall which required our company to consult with the Tenants and the Landlord on specifications and requirements. We were also involved in the design. We worked with the QS and appointed the contractor. We assisted in the project management until handover

Solar and Battery Installation Peppergrovemall
Once again, we worked with Investec Recharge to bring the client the best options on a rent to own agreement for a 4 Battery and extra PV installation. We handled the design, positioning and building of the battery storage facilities and the project management of the installation.

SPUR METLIFE MAll
This project required the negotiation between landlord and tenants be be relocated for the new spur.
We assisted on the forecasting of the entire project. Again we had to work along side the municipality and presented a solution for a new sewer line. We project managed the alterations and the white box installation.

Spur Peppergrove mall
This projected required us to manage a team team of builders to build new bases, columns, beams and concrete deck. We also completed the build and renovations. We the main contractor and were required to oversee the the sub contractors and professionals involved. We handed over after the white box was complete
